I'm trying to figure out how to define myself. It doesn't take too much to make me happy, and I hope that's reflected in this journal. I read a lot, write a lot, and hope that one day I can make a career out of these passions, preferably one with a lot of time off to travel. Also, that one day I'll own a farm with a milkcow and a sheep and a big vegetable garden, and possibly some chickens, although also possibly not. I can be a little bit pretentious, but at the bottom of it, I really do like India paper and William Faulkner and palimpsests and Chanel No. 5. Honest. curable, but he updates less than I do and he's friends-only, so I wouldn't bother. I try not to be too pessimistic or too optimistic, but I generally end up on one side or the other. I still like writing letters and I love getting mail more than almost anything. Oh, and Ktin is for K(ris)tin, not K(it)ti(/e)n. I think that covers it.
